id start off by giving all players a good taster or 5000 points to start ,just so you can get a feel for the games and how to play ,and get used to the site.i would post all cms profiles and lovely smiling faces on the home page to make it nice and welcoming (wink wink )and just so youd know who your chatting to .i would allocate the tickets fairly so all have better chances of winning thus making lots more happier players i would also post pictures of admin on the forum because then tou can see who your complaining to most of the time lol .iwould then make it easy to access the rooms instead of keep getting locked out of chat till you relog in at least five times every time you move to a different room,then i would add an ignore button once in the room just in case you decide to use it ,but this must not be abused .then i would add a few extra stars because when there are only a few players say 20 in a room one star per win is not enough so would increase to a minimum of 3 instead with minimun points of 75 ,so it makes it a bit bettrer and worth maxing out on ,bigger prizes and more stars .lol
