Unable To Vote For Woohoo

have just tried to vote for favourite site at which.com but was informed unable to as i have already voted this month, which i havent . tried to contact the site but was told would have to pay to upgrade my email account in order to be able to use the contact address.dont know if others having problem, hopefully just a glitch. i shall give it another try in a few days..
