Text Coulors In Chat

just a idea but a lot of times i have seen and been a person my self that choses a bright coulor for there chat ,but yet every time i are any 1 else seems to pick a bright coulor,they get told t go darker as its too bright,why have the coulors there :/ ?..may be should be limited coulors so when new people coming on dont feel like they are gettin told to change there coulor ? x
