i have explained in numerous e-mails i have no way to scan my proof of id and asked for an address i can post them too, two months later NOTHING, so no amazon vouchers or reply, ask a cm for help and just get told send support an e-mail, HELP

most local libarys offer the abliity to scan items and email failing that i took a digital photo of my id to send i have also heard of players takeing pictures with there camera phones hope this helps you x

I've checked this, and you did have replies to every single email which you sent.
We cannot accept postal identification. The identification needs to be sent via email to support.

ceg do u have a camera phone? a camera phone works quite well i have used that in past 4 id

Both Admin Cherry and Cm Thumper have given alternatives to how to email them to support and it has also been explained to you that there is no mailing address.
If you dont have a library close that you could go to you can always use a phone to take a picture of them and upload that to your computer i can explain to you how to do that.
