Hi Everyone

Unfortunately the Support Email error is still being worked on.

If you have redeemed for a prize - please be aware that all prizes take a maximum of one month to be received.

If it is your Birthday and you wish to claim your Birthday points - we will backdate these points, provided you send us an email to claim them.

If you have any other queries - please speak to a CM, who will advise you further.

Support emails are now working!

All emails that had been sent from Friday until today have now all been answered.
