on the 1st of januay im gonna stop smoking to help support my dad after his stroke so if i can do it im hoping that he can do it as well,plus im doing it for myself as well as im gonna try n keep my self fit and be healty so if anyone else is stopping smoking good luck to you xxxx all my love loth xxxx

well done to you for getting ready to kick one of the worst habits in the world! i am cigarette free 10 weeks today and can totally feel the benefits already not only to health but my pockets too!! if you havent already organised this... try to get onto a programme with a chemist who can provide nicotene replacement therapy free of charge for 12 weeks. or have your GP give you a prescription. take one day at a time and dont put too much pressure on yourself. smile

gl with it hun i stopped once did six weeks then got board in long school hols with now work n started again thinking abt stopping again though
