Stop Chat For Cms

I think if at all possible for something to be installed on site which enables cms to stop chat cos sometimes its impossible for cms to scroll to see whos won chat games as sometimes people dont notice a cm say stop and also the system keeps running. It would also be useful if any trouble kicks off as sometimes happens. It would be great if something could be done. Julie.
