congrats to all who recieved thier love to shop vouchers they seem to arrive quicker than amazon vouchers i ordered 2 on 12 august now 25 days later and no sign of them yet so i will keep hoping that one day they may arrive

Hi,

So you are aware, it is always best to Contact Customer Support with regard to "slow" vouchers.

The Amazon vouchers which you redeemed for on 12th August, were sent on the 13th August, which is a waiting period of one day.

If the vouchers are not in your spam/junk folder, please Contact Customer Support who will advise further.

I contacted amazon about the vouchers they sent me an email apologising for me not recieving them Ithen got a 2nd email with the voucher codes so alls well that ends well and yes i have already used them so thanks to everyone who helped
