Sign Up Error

I was looking at some of the challenges that you have up as i got very low on points when i stumbled upon a few problems, firstly when i sign up to recieve texts msgs its coming up errors, and secondly i signed up to the recommended bingo site to gain 1000 points and it just said invalid.. im hoping someone can help me here, as lil ole me is in dire need of some points lol
