Roast Duck

Easy way I cook it, is place peeled onions and long sliced carrots in roasting dish, place duck on top. Stuff the duck with sage n onion stuffing made with orange juice, not water. I place syreaky bacon rashers on top too, as on turkey. Keep basting. cooking depends on size of duck. Cook same timings as turkey.
