Hi i was wondering if anyone has purchased something from the woohoo bingo shop on the 21st of July or around that time and was wondering if you have received your voucher as un sure why i have not received mine and have contacted live help and they said the voucher was sent out on the 9th of August and they could not be accountable for royal mail. I was just wondering if anyone else is having any problems receiving prizes as Royal Mail could be the problem Thanks Amy.

i am still waiting for my vouchers it has been 5 weeks now so i emailed support i had to send i.d to prove who i am now they are going to send my vouchers so you might need to contact support like i did hun

ty for your help i have had vouchers before and i have sent my i.d but support are saying they have sent my voucher but i have waited over a week now so i don't think i will get it im gutted because it's not my fault i have not received them x

don't give up hope yet woo. i work in a place where royal mail cause delays to our customers receiving letters and bills etc. we always advise it can take around 10 working days for something to be delivered via royal mail especially if sent second class. on that basis it may still arrive in the next week or so. hope it does honey xxx

yw sis hope you get it soon im sure you will as smiths said it can take a while esp if it is 2nd class don't give up yet x

Just to let you all know i have still not received my voucher and i do not think i will be getting it so goodbye!

i got mine today so hold in there, took almost a month and had to email to confirm my address but i got it
