Hi, I don't have a passport or a driving license. Does this mean I can't claim a prize if I win?

yes kate you can still claim prizes 2 letters with your name and adress on will be fine

If you don't have a passport or driving license, let support know if they ask you for identification and they will advise further.

It doesn't mean you won't get the prize you have redeemed for, and with only a handful of players being asked for identification, chances are you may not be asked at all smile
