well wat a shock i went in rainbow tonite 4 a change and straight away was verbally abused by a member soz rainboweers but never again.

The Forum is not the place to badmouth other players.
Please can everyone remember that there are 2 sides to every story and posts such as these only show one side.

just out of interest if you do have probs like this what are you supossed to do?? i thought the forum was for members thoughts and in all honesty this wasnt specifically about anyone in particular it only names a room.

If there is a problem and there isnt cm coverage in the room, you can go and find a cm in another room or take a screen shot of the incident and email it to support, to take a screen shot hold in ctrl and print screen then paste into paint xxxx

If there are problems, the best thing to do is either go to another room and ask for a CM, or email support@woohoobingo.com with a screen shot if possible.
The Forum isn't the place to badmouth other players, or rooms for that matter. The situation had fully been dealt with so the Forum post was not necessary.
We do not ignore complaints and will always investigate provided an email to support has been made.
