Profile Image Help

Was'nt sure where to post this,

I had 2 images uploaded and deleted one, then made another image already been accepted, tried deleting my first image, but it keeps showing, deleted all my cookies etc

any suggestions please

mine did that it keeped showing my old pic so i emails woohoo and they sorted it hun

I did email them they said they could'nt do it from there end, still tried deleting pic i have and still shows old new strange why it's still showing
