Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that any prizes redeemed for will be with you before Christmas, however we are processing shop purchases daily and are getting all prizes out as quickly as possible.

Please remember that if you are asked for Identification for your prize, the sooner we receive all of the requested documents, the sooner your prize will be sent.
