could it be made possible for a player to gift some points to another player who is low when cg points not enough to go round

This is not something which we are able to offer.

Please remember all players are able to complete Challenges, rate and write reviews, win from chat games and also exchange their stars in the shop. Doing all of these things means that extra points can be earnt/won.
