hi i redeemed for 30.00 worth of tesco vouchers just over a month ago i still have not recieve them my daughter also plays on this site she redeemed for her tesco vouchers just over a week ago and recieved them today can someone plz help me thanks

hi its marjan here could someone plz help me everytime i go into a room it tells me to login to chat but when i try my username and password it tells me login is already taken, its doing my head as i would really like to chat to peeps that say gl and wd done, i bet everyone justs thinks im being iggy and im not its not my fault thanks xxxx

hi marjan, try deleting history and cookies, this usually works as it is just the computer that gets confused by thinking you are still logged on and not clearing when you turn off, it is a very common problem but is not the server, its usually the cookies and to delete them go to top corner of ie page , click on tools, then select internet options, this should then have a checkbox to delete all, you will need to re-enter your details on logging back in, but it should solve your problem, all the best and win big xx
