Can you please let us know how there can be a player with the name rapist09 on the site please, it is very inappropriate for a player name and has had everyone in Rainbow feeling quite awkward. Thanks

I agree marcy this should not have been able to be made. It will upset many players so hopefully they will dispose of it.

Thank you for making this post, however informing a CM or emailing Support would have had the situation resolved much quicker.
There is a chatname filter in place, however with so many variations, we are unable to account for every single word which may offend.
This chatname has now been changed.

Unfortunately i was the one who asked this player how they were getting away with having a name like that. It's not just the bad atmosphere it created in the room after this players name had been brought to attention nor the fact that the name in question was in the worst taste possible. It was distressing in many ways which i don't care to elaborate on.
I'm told that when a photograph is submitted it's vetted before it appears, and we all know words that are rude or offensive are censored. Is there no way names can be vetted or disallowed before they make it onto the site? i realise it's a job and a half but surely ( and i hope other players will agree with me ) it's safer in the long run.
Love the site btw, the players are fabulous and the CM are doing a fantastic job

There is no CM in Rainbow to inform, but someone else has e-mailed support as well. Thanks for the reply though

Unfortunately no email has been received to inform us of this. We were made aware by a player informing a CM in another room.
If you do not have a CM, and need one, please check another room as there are always CM's on site during peak hours (6pm-10pm)
I have added this to the chatname filter, however other variations may not be censored.
We are constantly adding new words to this, and will continue to do so.
