potential cm open day. . . .would it be possible for admin to allow players who are interested in becoming a cm, to shadow a current cm to see if they would be interested in taking up one of these positions. This would allow us to then apply for the role if we think that we would enjoy it.

i think that would be a very good idea as then we would know what it realy is like for cms

Hi there,
We don't have a specific day for this, as players who are interested in becoming CM's usually will meet and greet players, and also help the CM out when the rooms are busy etc.
Any player is welcome to do this before deciding wether to apply.
