Newsletter

Hey guys im wondering if someone can help me, i have enquired a few times about the newsletter, but i seem to not get it, i was told that it automatically gets sent to the email you use to sign up with? i dont get it, i have even checked my spam mail and its not there, can u suggest anything else?
