Make Voting More Simple

would it be possable for there to be a link on the home page for voting as vai either a (open new page or open new tab). As when some of the people I know want to vote I go round to show them how to vote as they are all new to using computers n are scared incase they break it, and I am sure that these are not the only ones that fear computers.

The ease of the above could actually increase the vote made thus nearer or even 1st place
