I have noticed a few people in chat rooms lately have had probs with getting vouchers, they have been taken back because they have supposedly been abusing their account, what does this mean? I have been saving my golds like mad to get as many vouchers as I can for when I move so I can buy something nice for new house. I would hate to have wasted hours playing bingo so as to qualify only to be told I cant have them. One said they were told they had 2 accounts but one was their husbands, well my husband has his own account so I hope this wont go against me. I understand the CM's have 2 accounts one for when they are working and their own one. Can this be clarified please? thank you.

If a player is told that they cannot have a prize which they have redeemed for, this does mean that they have done something wrong.
We have checks which we make when any player redeems for a prize. If players do break the Terms and Conditions for Woohoo Bingo, we will stop prizes until the situation is rectified.
Woohoo is a free bingo site, it is not here to be taken advantage of by players who choose to open more than one account, when these players are caught, they will lose their prizes.

Hi can anyone help as i am a little confused on this matter, i have an account and my husband does as well both different email addresses, does this mean that when he redeems his gold he wont be able to, or does it mean people who open accounts on same email addresses, as i thought it was ok as long as you have different email addreses
