why is it we never hardly have any cm in rainbow room and other rooms have them when there no chat games in room some are loyal to raimbow room and dont just room hope when run out of points we have to suffer we need more cm in rainbow not once in a while all cm do a good job but its got be done fair end of moan lol

i would like to add that when we do finally have a cm it is disappointing when so many low on points that the first cg is nearly always bobs hand or something else with only 5 chances of winning. i do find i need to search for a cg game fairly often and the other day there were 4 cgs on, 3 of which were bobs hand, the other another numbers game. i dont know how easy it would be to be able to find out what cgs are in play at any time and also would be great to know what is being played, ideally of course for there to be a 10 win game available in 1 room in every hour. i do find it a bit embarrassing to have to go into each room and ask what is on as it feels rude to pop in and out of room. is it possible for cms to post in the forum what cgs they are running in which room please.

Hiya,
As most of you are aware, the busier rooms (Sunshine, Snug, Clubhouse and Lounge) regularly have a CM. When possible, CM's cover Rainbow Room, aswell as Beehive, Starlight and Retreat.
Unfortunately CM's are unable to advertise in the forum what Chat Games they are playing or are going to play - it would cause mayhem and is yet another thing for a CM to worry about.
We are still recruiting more CM's who will be able to cover the rooms we are currently not giving full cover to.
With the run up to Christmas and over Christmas there will of course be limited CM cover, afterall, CM's have a Christmas too which they want to spend with their families. They also have time off to get ready for Christmas.
With regard to the variety of Chat Games, I will speak to the CM Team to ask that they don't play the same games continuously, and that there is variety.

thank you for your reply cherry. my suggestion about cgs was simply that the cms had a thread to just say their current cg,eg quiz in sunshine, mirrors in club etc. this would take up very short amount of time . i am sorry i did not make this clear in my last post and hope it might be considered.

The CM's have a lot to do in the room as it is, unfortunately it's just not viable for CM's to also post in the Forum each time they are doing a Chat Game.
Over time more CM's will be taken on and will be covering those rooms which don't currently have all shifts covered.

thank you again for reply cherry. i had also thought it would mean that players would know which cm was in a particular room, as people are often popping in looking . also in time it might have stopped cms constantly being asked which cg is being played. i actually thought it might have helped both cms and players. i promise to now drop the subject.
