i dont mind sending my id but after sending it 4 times n they still avnt received it is a bit much i fink i cant understand why they aint receiving it as the final time i sent 2 day wen i got told to n they still neva received it this needs sorting or is it just my id u aint receiving

Other players who have been requested to provide identification have not had this problem.
You can try sending the identification from a different email address, just ensure that you include your registered email address in the email, and also your chatname.

so its just my id that doesnt reach u then i just cant understand why u aint getting it the only other email addy i av got is the 1 i used 4 my non cm account n i dont use that but i dont c the point after sending it 4 times already

i have so far tried to send id which apparently has not reached support. i am extremely computer illiterate and have little idea what i am doing, but i assumed that when it went with attachment which i checked it would be ok. i hadnt sent enough id anyway so have to work on that, and i shall see how it goes. if that doesnt work i shall try to ask someone else to send it for me from their addy. after all, all we can do is keep trying. good luck.

i had probs sending my id as my web browser wouldnt send attachements i swaped to google chrome and sent them and recived my voucher with no probs at all its worth trying to send attachments with a diff browser if you are having probs hope this helps xx
