I Need Help

does anyone know how to fix chat? my computer crashes everytime i try to chat its not a netbook. I used to chat all the time but havent been able to for weeks im sure people think im ignoring them but this is not the case. Any help would be most welcome.

mine is the same. mine is a laptop and if i try to do more than one thing on it the chat crashes. sorry i don't have a solution for you but just thought i'd share with you that you are not alone

what internet service do you use? I had connection problems until i downloaded google chrome and very rarely have trouble now

i already have google chrome on the laptop and still have problems retaining chat, but i know it has worked for others
