How Long For An Amazon Voucher?

Exchanged 200 gold for an Amazon voucher on June 11th, so a month ago, and no sign of it yet (and no, it's not in junk mail as I check that every day too). Beginning to give up hope of ever seeing it - any idea how I can chase it up?
