Would it be possible to have a "floating" cm that will be able to come into rooms when busy and help us with queries and changes to accounts. Maybe change names if requested but if we do make changes, have to be used on account for 1 month from the date changes were applied.

We currently have a growing team of CM's and are working hard to ensure all rooms are covered during the busier times. Please remember all CM's are volunteers.
CM's are unable to make any account changes. Any changes to your account can only be made by emailing support.
