Fudge Recipie
350g(12oz) granulated sugar, 25g(1oz)unsalted butter, 175ml(6floz) evaporated milk,300g(10oz)of chocolate chopped
line a shallow baking tin (10x8inch/25x20cm) with baking paper
heat suger,butter&milk in a heavy based pan till suger has dissolved completely then bring 2 the boil stiring all the time with a wooden spoon turn down heat & simmer for 5min .take off the heat & add chocolate let it melt then stir quickly it will thicken straight away pour in2 the tin & chill in the fridge 4 about 1 hour then cut in2 pieces and enjoy

i will warn u i did a milk choc 1 and its very very rich
