hi quick recipe to make honeycombe . use a wooden spoon mix together 100g sugar and 2 tablespoons syrup ina large , heavy sausepan ( i used a normal one ) , warm over a low heat stirring until sugar is dissolved , when the sugar has dissolved take off heat and add a good teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda, stir and watch it froth up , pour the mixcture into a tin lined with foil and let cool before breaking into chunks , u can allways add chocolate on top when cool and put in fridge to set the chocolate , enjoy
