I did crown bingo challenge other week & I still haven`t received my points! I e-mailed support & got a standard response that they had got my e-mail & I haven`t heard anything since.

I did click the link Cuddles but no points, I did exactly what my wife did, she got her points, I didn't. I did read the challenge blurb.
