Anti-Social Behaviour Policy
Here at Woohoo Bingo, we take bullying and other forms of anti-social behaviour very seriously.
If you are worried about bullying, or feel that you are currently being subjected to personal anti-social behaviour on Woohoo Bingo then please contact us on care@woohoobingo.com
Please provide as much information as you can, and also including screen shots of anti-social communications from the offending player. Please also provide the time and date of the incident.
All emails will be kept confidential, with the information received used to help us deal with players who portray anti-social behaviour.

Ladybeast is correct in what she has said. We do take bullying very seriously and do have an anti bullying/harrassment scheme in place.

Should you wish to take things further than Woohoo, you are of course able to.

We are unable to provide any information regarding players personal information, to any other player. Should such request be made by the relevant authorities we will of course assist as appropriate.

Where possible, please email us screen shots of players behaviour should you feel it break the Terms and Conditions for Woohoo Bingo.
