Claiming My Birthday Points

I have been trying since last saturday 4th june to claim my birthday points.I have just been told by a cm to put a message up in here.I sent 2 messages through the "contact us" as im unable for some reason to send emails.I sent 1 message on 4th june and again on 6th june,but have had no reply and as yet no points.I would like to claim my points please as my birthday is 2moro 11th june.Thank you.

The contact us is broken u need to email cherry posted a message earlier in the week on the forum
