We are currently in the process of sending prizes out quicker due to Christmas, however we cannot guarantee any prizes will be with the recipient before Christmas.

All prizes take a maximum of one month to be sent out, although this is quicker lately, the one month still stands as the time frame.

Please check your inbox regularly, as we may request an address confirmation or identification. The one month wait starts from when the required information is received.

We hope that all players will have their prize(s) before Christmas, but it would really help us out if any information is required, that we receive it quickly.
