Chocolate Fudge Cake
8oz butter
8oz caster sugar
4 eggs
6oz sr flour
2oz cocoa powder
1. cream butter n sugar
2. add eggs one at a time beating in between
3. fold in flour n cocoa
4. place mixture in 8in buttered tin (I use foil trays)
5. bake in oven at 190 degrees until firm n springy to touch. allow to cool before making toping n spreading over.

4oz soft brown sugar
3oz plain chocolate
30ml single cream
7oz icing sugar (sifted)
1.place butter brown sugar chocolat n cream in pan
2. place over low heat until sugar dissolves. bring to boil and boil briskly for 3 minutes
3.remove from heat and gradually stir in icing sugar. beat until smooth for about 2 mins until icing is thick enough to spread over cake. use immediately as will go hard lol
