8ozs plain flour 5ozs marg pinch salt ; rub all ingredients together mix with water to make a dough roll out on a floured board into an oblong shape about quarter inch thick although guessings the best lol you can make it as long as you want i usually do about 12 inches then put streaky bacon all over the pastry till its covered now chop 2 onions into pieces and put this all over the bacon. From one end start rolling (like a swiss roll) until its all rolled up,now wrap in greaseproof paper and place on a damp tea towel and roll all up tie both ends with cord (looks like a cracker when you are finished) boil for at least one hour its absolutely beautiful.

If you make the dough with atora, add cheese and sausage to the filling then bake in the oven you get a beautiful pasty. Yummmmmmmmm.
