Amazon Voucher-is It Poss To Find Out If Been Sent?
Hiya woohoo,
sorry i put this is forum but didnt know how to contact support. I redeemed my gold stars for an amazon voucher in the first few days of october (the £10 amazon voucher was still available then) and there is still no sign of it. I have checked my email account every day and now that is has been so long im worried that it may have been sent then lost. Is there any way that admin could check to see if it has been sent or not? I still have my email verification saying that I did redeem my stars but thats the only email i seem to have from woohoo on the subject. Any help would be much appreciated. Thankyou x

Hi, it can take up2 4 weeks for a amazon voucher 2 arrive, make sure u check spam/junk aswell as inbox & also do a search in your email. Failing that & a month has passed email support@woohoobingo.com you will get a quicker response emailing them than posting it in forum
