has anyone else had problem with getting amazon vouchers from april i requested mine on 9th april and still not recieved it....and no one tells me why??????????

have u emailed support? you should of been given a ticket number if you have, if so just keep emailing them every few hours saying the problem they will reply also check your junk/spam folders, and do a email search typing in woohoo or support@woohoobingo and it will filter the results for all emails sent by them, be careful though as woohoo do state that IF they have sent the voucher out but you havent "received" it, it is out of their hands and you have to take the matter up with amazon

It does state in the terms and conditions of this site the following:
With specific regards to Amazon.co.uk Vouchers, once we have recieved email confirmation from Amazon.co.uk that the vouchers have been emailed to your registered email address on your Woohoo Bingo Account, at this point we are no longer responsible for the actions, loss or damages caused by any such 3rd Party Vouchers and cannot be held liable for any lack of delivery or any cost or time involved in disputes. All Amazon.co.uk vouchers that are unclaimed within 60 days of issue will be voided, without any refund of redeemed stars.
All registered members with Woohoo agree to these terms and conditions. If anyone is unsure of where the terms and conditions are, there is a link at the very bottom of the page.

ive only had email saying item brought i oredered mine 2 or 3 weeks ago but some ppl do say it takes awhile so i have just left it for now

same here emma, i had email to confirm id bought it. Does any1 know if its an email with a voucher code u get or is a voucher through the post?

My Amazon voucher came via email yesterday after about a three week wait. It's deffo worth the wait! I just wanted to say thank you to woohoobingo for the voucher and to let others waiting that it is a waiting game, unfortunately
